This happens because VB does not support certain calling methods. What I believe happens is depending on how the DLL is built it will default to a certain method.
To fix this, add __stdcall to all API functions in the source like follows:
Rebuild the dll and the problem will be solved.
If anyone is interested in a dll with these changes already made, let me know. If it is ok with Lorenzo I will be happy to supply it to you.
