vpGetAdapterInfo fails if used under VB5

Bug Description:
a call to vpGetAdapterInfo (ID,ADINFO) cause a Crash under VB5 and windows 98.
The problem resides probably in the adinfo structure allignment under VB5 ...
I'm still investigating the problem, However a new version of the function has been built to work under vb5

if u are using vb5 use:
vpGetAdapterInfoVB5 (ID as integer, name as string, desc as string) as long

and use in this way
Dim name as string
Dim desc as string

vpGetAdapterInfo 0, name, string
Msgbox name
Msgbox desc
